Ordering Information
Shipping of orders
usually takes place within 5-7 working days of you placing the order.
In the case of t-shirts shipping may take up to 21 days. This
may vary however due to circumstances beyond our control. We use Australia
Post for our Standard Postal service and for Express Post deliveries. In all
cases we will email you with shipping information and we will contact you should
there be any matters concerning the delivery of your products. Back order
delivery will take approximately 14 working days to process and you will be
contacted for instructions.
Payment
International Customers: We accept
PayPal.
Credit Card
All checkout pages
are transmitted over a secure session via SSL. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is
the industry standard for conducting secure transactions over the Internet. All
passwords and credit card details are stored in a secure database with the added
protection of 128 bit encryption when order is placed, no credit card details
are kept by any third party service providers and your details will not be
on-sold for marketing or any other purposes. Giftology.com.au believes in
the privacy of their clients.
All online credit card orders
are charged upfront, at the time the order is made. We do this to validate the
order and to ensure that all stock is pre-purchased.

www.giftology.com.au credit card purchases will be displayed as Hyperion Design
on your credit card statement.

to give your credit card details over the internet you can place an order via

Cheque
We do not accept cheque or
money order except by prior arrangement.
Direct Deposit
You may pay for your order
directly into our bank account via direct credit. The
account details are as follows:

Please note that orders paid by
direct credit will not be processed until payment has been received. All orders
for which payment has not been received within three working days, unless
contact by the buyer is made, will be cancelled. Be sure to include the price
of your preferred method of shipping in your direct credit payment!

We
deliver anywhere in Australia at current Australia Post rates.
International Delivery Charges
International orders are now
accepted using the PayPal payment system. If you have any questions
please email orders@giftology.com.au. All international postal
deliveries will be carried out using Australia Post AirFreight only. All
transactions are settled in Australian Dollars.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us via email or phone prior to returning goods. All returns
need to be sent to us within 14 days of you receiving the goods. You are liable
for the original delivery charges and your own return freight costs.
Original delivery and handling charges cannot be refunded. All items
returned need to be
in original condition for any refund/exchange to occur.
